Choose from three unforgettable experiences—Meet & Pat the Mob, The Wild Horse Way morning or afternoon training sessions, or our brand new Snowy Brumby Dinner Show this summer, where the legends of the Snowy River come to life through live horsemanship and a delicious three-course camp oven dinner under the stars. There's an experience for every age, interest and budget.

1. SNOWY RIVER BRUMBY SHOW & DINNER

Join us for an unforgettable evening on the banks of the Snowy River. Meet our beautifully trained Brumbies, experience a unique horsemanship demonstration inspired by Australia's High Country, and enjoy a traditional camp oven dinner by the campfire. Surrounded by the stunning Snowy Mountains, this is more than a dinner—it's an authentic Australian experience where the legend of the High Country lives on.

DETAILS :

Your evening begins with a delicious High Country cheeseboard. As the sun sets, watch our Snowy Brumbies thunder along the banks of the iconic Snowy River as our stockman gathers the mob for the evening's show.

Meet our beautiful Brumbies, discover their incredible journey from wild horses to trusted partners, and capture unforgettable photos with these iconic Australian horses.

Enjoy a hearty camp oven dinner, choosing from a selection of High Country favourites, including our famous Snowy Mountains Beef Casserole, before taking your seat at dusk for The Snowy River Brumby Show—a unique horsemanship demonstration celebrating the bond between horse and stockman.

As the evening comes to a close, relax around the campfire with dessert beneath a sky full of stars. BYO drinks, and if you'd like to keep the good times rolling we can help you with Plan B options. This experience is most suited to those over 16 years.

2. WILD HORSE TRAINING TOUR

Come and spend a morning or afternoon learning the Wild Horse Way of training we use working with our brumby horses. Spend time in the round yard working first hand with our brumby mobs at all levels of training. From understanding 'Join Up' to developing a once wild horse to be a riding partner, you will be mentored with our trainers to learn the 'how' and 'why' of our 'Wild Horse Way Of Training.' This also includes an understanding and practice of how we ride bitless.  Please note that riding is subject to height and weight that is comfortable for the brumbies here.  

DETAILS :

This workshop includes time in the round yards with the brumbies we have in training. Learn the basics of how we train them from wild to domestic and then into a riding partner. This tour is suitable for all children however children under 16 must be accompanied with a parent or guardian. We need 2 participants to run and have space to cater for up to 10.

COST :

$150 per person for a half day tour.

3. MEET & PLAY WITH THE
LEGENDARY SNOWY BRUMBIES

Step into the world of the Snowy Brumbies and spend time with our unique herd in their natural bushland home. Learn about their history, behaviour and personalities while enjoying an up-close experience with these remarkable once wild horses. It's a relaxed and memorable encounter for horse lovers, photographers and anyone wanting to connect with nature. This tour is suitable for all ages and abilities. It is also especially kind for people with physical or mental disabilities. 

COST :

$50 per person or $100 for a group with all funds going toward SBH The Charity.
